Which plan do I need for commercial use?
Commercial use such as SaaS, AI, apps, and internal company systems requires Sponsor Pro.
Can I integrate the data into my product for commercial use?
With Sponsor Pro you can integrate FinMind data into your product for commercial use, except real-time data and broker branch data (see the next question).
Please don't redistribute the raw data or run a mirror API.
My users want real-time and broker branch data too. Is there a way?
Let users sign in with their own FinMind account (Sponsor or above) in your product.
Please don't embed your own account or token in the product.
Can I use financial report PDFs in a commercial product?
You can download and analyze them for your products and services.
Rights in the files belong to the issuing company; if you use them for AI retrieval or summaries, assess copyright yourself.
Do I need to credit the data source?
Credit the data source as "FinMind".
